Japanese Matcha Swiss Roll with Anko paste
Super soft and spongy Japanese Matcha Swiss Roll filled with cream and Anko (Sweet Red Bean) paste from Japan. We use specialty organic matcha (green tea) powder from Kyoto. Freshly baked to order.
Cake approximately 18cm long.
Ingredients: Organic Matcha Powder, Milk, Eggs, Oil, Cake Flour, Salt, Caster Sugar, Cream, Vanilla beans, Anko (Sweet Red Bean) paste.
